Energy Modeler
Mechanical/Architectural/Energy Engineer and/or Energy Modeler with 2+ years of experience with building simulation tools.

Required

• Strong knowledge of DOE-2 based programs: eQUEST, VisualDOE, EnergyPro
• Strong knowledge of TRANE TRACE
• Excellent abilities with MS Excel
• Creative thinker with effective communication and teamwork skills
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences or Architecture

• Experience with CFD or daylight modeling
• Experience with HVAC systems and/or HVAC controls
• Familiarity with Visual Basic
• Familiarity with EnergyPlus
• Experience with other programming languages
• Familiarity with USGBC LEED Rating System
• Experience with LEED certified projects
• Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues
• LEED AP

HVAC Engineer
HVAC Engineer with 3+ years of experience in sustainable design, willing and able to take on project management responsibility. Design energy efficient HVAC systems, build strong client relationships, and manage project schedules and budgets.

Required

• Strong knowledge of Autocad
• Creative thinker with effective communication and teamwork skills
• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Project management experience
• Good client skills
• Experience w/ sustainable design

• P.E.
• LEED AP
• Experience with BIM
• Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues

Marketing Coordinator
Coordination of marketing materials, document management and organization; assists with development and deployment of marketing communications and PR activities, manages awards submissions, conferences, and speaking schedule; manages maintenance of company website.

• Self motivated
• Proven Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications
• Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Proven Basic HTML skills
• Familiarity with architecture/engineering/construction industry

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• BA or equivalent degree in marketing or related field

Plumbing Engineer
Plumbing Engineer with 2+ years of experience to work on the sustainable design of plumbing systems for schools, libraries, civic buildings, museums, critical environments (laboratories, data centers, and cleanrooms) and other building types.

Required

• B.S. Engineering
• Knowledge of and experience with water-efficient systems

• Experience and interest in sustainable design
