Harsh to Join Rumsey Engineers, Inc.

Oakland, Calif.— Rumsey Engineers, Inc., a leading Bay-area heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) design engineering firm has announced the hiring of Dave Harsh as Director of the company's new Phoenix, Arizona office.

In addition to supervising the creation of the new Phoenix location, Harsh will serve as the company's lead design engineer and project coordinator in the Southwest. He will also be responsible for the company's regional sales and marketing efforts and will provide assistance to the company's Oakland headquarters as needed.

Previously, Harsh spent the last six years as a facilities operation manager with ST Microelectronics in Phoenix. He holds a degree in Business/Computer Information Systems from West Liberty State College in West Virginia; and attended classes at San Jose State College and De Anza College, both located in California.
